Websites for cafes
Built around the lunch rush, the regular who orders without looking at the board, and the person walking past who has never been in — all reading your site on their phone.
What a cafe website actually needs to do
Your menu, on their phone
Most people decide what to order before they walk in, standing outside or already at the table, looking at their phone. If the menu is a photo of a printed page, or a PDF that needs pinching and zooming, they give up and order the first thing they can read.
Google Maps and reviews
A search for a cafe nearby surfaces a map pin, a star rating and a handful of reviews before it ever reaches your own site. That listing has to point somewhere that matches — same hours, same address, same name.
Photos of the food
Coffee, the counter, a full plate — these are what get tapped on. A page of paragraphs about your "passion for coffee" gets skipped.
Hours that are actually right
Wrong hours cost you a walk-in who turns around at the door. Public holidays are the usual trap — a site that still says "open" on a day you closed early does more damage than no site at all.

Common questions
- Can customers book a table through the site?
- Yes, as an add-on: $299 on top of the $699 cafe & retail build. Your $699 site already covers the page count listed on its card — bookings cost extra because this is a functional build, not simply another page of text: it has to take the booking, hold the time and confirm it back to the customer. It sits inside your own site, so a booking doesn't need a separate app.
- Can my menu go on the site?
- Yes, as a menu page: $299 on top of the $699 build. Your $699 site already covers the page count listed on its card — the menu costs extra because it is laid out from your dishes and prices rather than written as ordinary page text, and has to stay readable on a phone screen instead of being a scanned photo. You send us the dishes and prices; we do the layout.
- What happens with hours on public holidays?
- You tell us your public holiday hours and we build the page to show them correctly, including early closures. Keeping them current after that is on you unless you take our hosting, which includes updates.
- Do you take the food photos?
- No — you supply the photos of your food, your space and your counter. We choose the crop, size and placement so they load fast and look sharp on a phone.
- What if my Google listing doesn't match my hours or address?
- We build your site to match what your Google Business Profile should say, and can set that profile up for you as a separate service. We cannot influence your review score — that comes from your customers, not from us.
