What this is not
Said plainly, so there's no surprise once you're on board:
- No cPanel or other control panel to log into
- No self-service dashboard for making changes yourself
- No DIY site builder — this is not a kit for building your own site
If you want to log in and manage your own hosting, this plan is not for you — and that's fine. It's built for people who would rather ask us than do it themselves.

Moving from somewhere else
Already hosted elsewhere? We move your existing site and email across, so switching doesn't mean starting over or losing anything along the way.
If you ever want to leave
Your domain, your site and your data are yours. There's no lock-in: if you decide to leave, we give you a full export and help moving it to wherever you go next.
Support
Support runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Enquiries received before 3pm on a business day are answered the same day.
Common questions
- Why is there no cPanel or login?
- Because the point of this plan is that you never have to think about your hosting. There is nothing to configure and nothing to break by accident. If something needs changing, you tell us and we make the change.
- What if I want to leave?
- You can, at any time. You own your domain, your site and your data. If you leave, we give you a full export and help moving everything to wherever you go next.
- How many mailboxes do I get?
- The first mailbox is included in the $50/month price. Extra mailboxes are $15/month each, so three mailboxes in total comes to $80/month.
- Can you move my existing site and email across?
- Yes. Tell us where you're hosted now and we move your existing site and email across, so you don't have to touch anything technical yourself.
- What if I want to make changes myself?
- This plan doesn't include self-service access — that's deliberate. If you want to make your own changes through a control panel, this isn't the right fit. If you're happy to ask us instead, it is.
